Return & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations

Cancellation by Customer

You can cancel your order only before it has been packed. Once the shipment is packed, it can be returned but not cancelled.

On receiving a cancellation request, we will refund your order amount within 2-8 business days from the day of cancellation request, depending upon your mode of payment.

Refunds will be generated for prepaid orders only.

Order cancellation reason of customer.

  • Order Created by mistake
  • Item price too high
  • Incorrect Qty Ordered
  • Found Cheaper somewhere else
  • Need to change billing/shipping address
  • Need to change payment method
  • Does not fit the purpose

 

Cancellation Criteria – by Eshopbox

Your order can be cancelled under any of the following circumstances:

  • Incorrect or incomplete information regarding the order address (street number, landmark, etc.)
  • If the area falls under the "non-serviceable zone" or "out of delivery area", as specified by our logistics courier partner.
  • In case of suspected fraudulent information
  • In exceptional cases, if a product runs "out of stock" with the vendor, the product will be cancelled.

 

Terms & Conditions of Return

If you receive a damaged/ defective product, you can return it directly via our track order system within 24 hrs. of delivery.

You can select the reason for return & confirm the return, our team will initiate the return process.

Reasons for Return from customer.

  • ·       Product is defective or doesn’t work.
  • ·       Products or parts were missing
  • ·       Product quality issue
  • ·       Wrong product was sent
  • ·       Delivery quality issue
  • ·       Reverse Pickup is done in 2-3 business days. It takes 5-7 Business days to ship items to our warehouse.
  • ·       The product should be handed over to the picking person in unused form and with no tampered quality check seals/return tags/warranty seals (wherever applicable) in the original manufacturer’s box/packaging along with the original Invoice.

o For any returns other than Damage/Quality/Missing products, The product should be unused and Not tampered and returned back in the original manufacturer’s box along with secondary packaging as delivered to you.

o In case of damage delivery, ensure to mention on the courier partner AWB copy as “Damage Delivered” with signature.

o All in-the-box accessories (like drill bits, handles, gloves, wheels, spanners, service and warranty cards, instruction manuals, etc.), freebies and combos (if any) should be present else returns will be rejected.

o Return tool number should match the number on invoice.

o Once QC is passed as per the above-mentioned requirements, a refund is initiated. (2-3 Business Days)

o Based on your payment method/Bank you will receive your amount with 2-7 Business days

o For cash on delivery (COD) order we will share a link with you to get the details of bank account where would you like to receive the refund amount.

o Products marked as "non-returnable" on the product detail page (such as accessories, measuring tools, home and garden products) cannot be returned

Note:

· Flat Rs 200 will be deducted from the refund amount as a return processing charge.

· Cash on delivery (COD) charge Rs 50 is nonrefundable

Acceptance of Products

  • If the customer fails to notify us as provided above, the products will be deemed to have been delivered and accepted by the customer in acceptable condition.
